Mission Statement: Build a free running community where athletes can get expert advice, honest answers, and the support they need to reach their full potential.
When I first laced up my running shoes, I had no idea where it would lead — I just knew I loved to run, push myself, and see how far I could go. As I’ve grown in the sport, I’ve realized running isn’t just about medals or PRs. It’s about the people you meet, the lessons you learn, and how it shapes who you are.
But not every runner has the same support. Some kids — especially in small towns or under resourced communities — don’t know where to start. They might not know if they’re training too much or not enough. Some don’t even have someone to ask. I’ve met runners who feel like they don’t belong, and that’s something I want to help change.
I know what it’s like to feel unsure or left behind — and I also know how much of a difference the right guidance and encouragement can make. That’s one of the biggest reasons I started this platform: to help give other runners the kind of support I was lucky to receive.
Not because I have all the answers (I don't) — but because I’m willing to find people who do. I want to learn from the best: coaches, pros, and experts in everything from nutrition and sleep to strength, recovery, mental health, and even college recruiting. I’ll ask the questions young runners really care about — and share what I learn so we can all grow together.
Here’s how I’m doing that:
-
Asking real questions that matter to youth runners.
-
Interviewing experts who’ve been there and want to help.
-
Sharing everything — for free — in one place that’s easy to find.
Each month, I’ll post interviews and insights from people who can help us train smarter, stay healthy, build confidence, and chase big goals — no matter where you’re starting from.
Once a year, I’ll also release a free guide with the best advice and takeaways I’ve learned — something any runner can download and use.
This isn’t about chasing medals — it’s about helping more runners believe in themselves, train with purpose, and feel like they truly belong in the sport.
Note: I’m not a coach or expert — just a young runner who’s still learning. The goal of this platform isn’t to give personal training advice, but to ask questions, learn from the people who know way more than I do, and share that knowledge with others who might not have access to it.
I’m excited to grow alongside you.
